With the improvement of mental health close to his heart, Josh is proud to be Holding Space’s first Patron.
Born and bred in Eastbourne, Josh is an Eastbourne Borough Councillor, elected in May 2021.
Josh also gives back to the community as a board member of East Sussex College’s Eastbourne campus, and as a COVID-19 vaccinator at a local NHS Vaccination Centre.
In his professional life, Josh is an award-winning Forbes 30 Under 30 social entrepreneur, having built a social enterprise supporting ex-offenders away from crime and into employment.
In 2020, The Queen awarded Josh with an OBE for services to criminal justice, social enterprise and the economy.
As Patron, Josh promotes Holding Space from the rooftops, makes useful introductions and raises awareness of our work supporting children and families with their mental health.
