Charlotte Brown

Hello there, I’m Charlotte (She/Her),

I am a person-centred qualified counsellor but fully flexible in terms of approach, working outside the box depending on client needs and wishes, including walk and talk therapy, artistic and creative forms of expression, such as art and photography. I work primarily with children and adolescents, single parents and struggling parents in general, as well as with adults.

I have experience working with a wide rang of issues, ranging from self-harm, identity confusion and generalised anxiety. I have also undertaken extensive training in areas of Bereavement and Loss, the Autistic spectrum and am currently working towards an alliance within the LGBT+ community whilst continuing to develop my learning with further training in other areas.

I understand seeking counselling can be a very difficult daunting process. I am naturally empathic, supportive and non-judgmental. I am passionate in my belief of working together to create a trusting authentic therapeutic relationship, to explore potentially difficult and tender aspects of your life in a safe and confidential space.
